225 g lobster meat

2 tbsp. butter

Pepper, to taste

3 tbsp. mayonnaise

3 tbsp. whipping cream (35%)

  1. Blend all ingredients together in food processor to obtain a creamy texture.
  2. Roll the mixture in plastic wrap to form a long sausage-like cylinder.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing cylinder into disks about 1 cm thick.

Serve on your favourite rusks.
